After cancelling: pause, data, deletion

What happens after the end, how to still download your data and when it's deleted.

1. After cancelling, your server shows Cancelled and keeps running until the end of the paid month.
2. Then it's Ended: paused, it doesn't start any more and is deleted after 14 days, together with its address.
3. We remind you by email 7 days and 1 day before deletion.

Download your data

1. Open your server in the customer area under Subscriptions.
2. Click Download data in the Your data box.
3. For 24 hours you can reach files, backups and SFTP in the Panel again, for downloading only. The server can't be started during that time.

As long as the server isn't deleted, you can subscribe again and it keeps running with all its data. You can undo a cancellation before the end under Manage subscription.
