Getting help: status, Discord, email
First check whether something is down on our side, then report it with the details we need.
- Check the status page. Updated every minute, it shows whether the customer area, Panel, game servers, Discord bot, sign-in and Navoryx Shield are running, plus planned maintenance and incidents of the last 30 days.
- Search for your problem here in the help. The search also finds words in the guides' text.
- If that doesn't help, write to us on Discord or at contact@navoryx.site.
What we need from you
- Your server's name or address.
- What you did and what happened instead.
- The error message as text or a screenshot; for crashes the last lines from the console.
We never ask for your password, your recovery codes or a code from your authenticator app. Anyone who does is not from Navoryx.
