Project Zomboid: set up and join

Admin password, ports and the first start.

Under Startup you'll find Admin Username and Admin Password. The password is random. Note it down or change it.
Start the server. The first start takes a few minutes until SERVER STARTED shows up in the console.
In Project Zomboid: Join → enter IP and port, pick a username and password for yourself. The address (IP and port) is shown in the Panel in the Address tile and in the customer area.

Project Zomboid needs a lot of memory. For more players or mods, increase the RAM in the customer area. The server then uses it automatically.

Mods and settings are under Files in the .cache/Server folder.
