Invoices and payment method

Every receipt as a PDF, paying open invoices and changing the payment method.

1. Go to Invoices under My account. At the top you see your total paid, what's open and what your subscriptions cost per month.
2. Server and Year filter the list; Show applies the filter.
3. Each invoice has PDF to download the receipt.
4. If an invoice is Open, pay it with Pay now.

Normally we charge automatically; you don't need to do anything. For a new card or a different account, Change payment method opens the Stripe customer portal.

If a payment fails you get an email right away. You have 3 days to make it up; after that the server pauses, your data stays. Once paid, it keeps running by itself.
