Join DiscordWhich games are available?
Minecraft (Java and Bedrock), Terraria with and without mods, Valheim, Project Zomboid, Don't Starve Together, Factorio, Unturned, Core Keeper, Among Us, Hytale, Necesse, Mindustry and Vintage Story. You can switch the game later in the Panel.
How fast is my server ready?
Usually one to two minutes after payment. You'll get an email as soon as it's running. If none arrives, please check your spam folder too.
How do the terms work?
You pay 3, 6 or 12 months upfront and save 5, 10 or 20 percent. Afterwards the server continues automatically at the regular monthly price and you can cancel monthly. You'll get an email two weeks before the term ends.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, once per customer: within 24 hours of the first start of your first server you get the payment back in full. The button is in your account area, and the server is then deleted.
What happens after I cancel?
The server keeps running until the end of the paid period. After that it's paused for 14 days so you can back up your data, and then it's deleted.
Can friends help manage it?
Yes. In the Panel you invite players by link, email or Discord and give them exactly the permissions they need. The subscription and payment stay with you.
Can I add more RAM later?
Yes, any time in your account area. For the rest of the paid period you only pay the difference.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, for example by credit card. You'll see which payment methods are available at checkout. Invoices come by email and are also in your account area.
