Console: start, stop, commands

Every server's start page: buttons, live values, address and the console for commands.

3 min read · in the Panel

When you open a server you land on the Console. The state and uptime are at the top, next to the buttons Start, Restart and Stop.

  1. Start boots the server. The first start takes a bit longer because the world is generated.
  2. Restart saves, stops and starts again. You need it after new plugins, mods or changed settings.
  3. Stop shuts the server down cleanly and saves the world.

Entering commands

At the bottom of the console you type commands without a slash, for example say Hello, op PlayerName or save-all, and press Enter. Above it the server log runs; start-up errors show up there first.

Tiles and values

  1. Address: one click copies the address for connecting.
  2. For Minecraft you change the name, MOTD (the text in the server list), Max. players and the icon right where they are shown. Click the text; it takes effect after a restart.
  3. Installed game shows the game; Switch replaces it (see the guide Switch game).
  4. Navoryx Shield and Performance show protection and TPS; a click opens the details.
  5. CPU load, Memory, Disk and Network show live values, with history in the charts.

First steps lists the most important guides for your game.

The icon must be a PNG of exactly 64 × 64 pixels (at most 64 KB). The MOTD has at most two lines; you can change the name and address every 3 days.
