HelpAccount and security

Protect your account: passkey, app or email code

A second factor makes sure nobody gets to your servers, even if they have your mailbox or password.

Set up a second factor under My account → Security. One is enough; passkey and authenticator app are the safest. From then on we ask for it at every new sign-in, on the website and in the Panel.

Passkey

  1. Click Set up passkey.
  2. Confirm with your device's fingerprint, face or PIN.
  3. For a second device click Add another passkey there.

Authenticator app

  1. Click Set up authenticator app and scan the QR code with an app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 2FAS.
  2. Enter the Code from the app (6 digits) and click Finish setup.
  3. Save the recovery codes (Copy codes) somewhere safe and confirm with I've saved them.

If you lose your phone, click Phone not at hand? Recovery code when signing in. Each code works once.

Code by email

Without an extra device: Set up email code and Turn on email codes. When you sign in we then send you a code valid for 10 minutes.

Signed-in devices

At the bottom you see every device you're signed in on; yours is marked this device. If you don't recognise one, click Sign out or go straight to Sign out everywhere else. You get an email when a new device signs in.
