Notifications by email and Discord

Which reminders we send, when they arrive and how to set them up.

2 min read · on the website

Under My account → Notifications you decide what you get by email and by Discord message.

1. Reminders by email (on): reminders before a cancelled server ends.
2. Notice before each renewal (off): an email with the amount 3 days before each charge.
3. Notifications by Discord DM (on): server ready, payment failed, paused, cancelled, version changes. Send test message checks that they arrive.
4. Language for emails and Discord messages sets German, English or automatic.

What arrives when

1. Cancelled: 7, 3 and 1 day before the end.
2. Payment due: right away and 1 day before the server pauses.
3. Deletion: 7 and 1 day before.
4. Renewal: 3 days before, if turned on.

Notices about payment, deletion and crashes are always sent so you don't lose anything. If Discord messages don't arrive, allow direct messages from members of the Navoryx server in Discord.
